In 2017, T-Mobile’s Instagram channel was a dumping ground. As their social agency, we saw it as an opportunity take them from a brand on social to a truly social brand. To do that, we needed an always-on approach to content that sat at the nexus of creative and editorial. So we created a collective of content series, each with a specific goal in mind. We let our followers, new and old, know that T-Mobile is there to support their mobile lives.
